Christina Manansala, Principal Engineer, graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1985 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. She has over 20 years of design experience in passive solar and efficient mechanical systems for sustainable building projects. Ms. Manansala has been the energy consultant and mechanical engineer for many award-winning projects including Camp Arroyo, which won the 2002 AIA Committee on the Environment Top Ten Green Projects award, the AIA/PG&E Savings by Design Energy Efficiency Integration Award, and the Environmental Design + Construction Excellence in Design Award. From 1994-2001, Ms. Manansala was co-owner, Vice President and head of the design department of the Davis Energy Group.

Jack West, Principal and Photovoltaic Systems Engineer at High Sun Engineering, graduated from Humboldt State University in 1991 with a BS in Solar Engineering. He has been designing PV systems since the 1980's and is credited with creating the first California-based engineering firm for specializing in PV system design and consulting for new buildings. Mr. West is a recognized expert in the photovoltaics industry. He specializes in the design of large building and landscape integrated photovoltaic systems, 10 kilowatt up to megawatt sized projects.
